The coaching model (compared to consulting) is intended to empower the leader to make decisions and the team. The leader is the decider and expert. The coach guides, challenges and helps the leader (and team) find the path that is best for them. Services are lite on presentations and heavily biased toward action and accountability measures.

  • Branding & Marketing Strategy: Coaching sessions (or team workshops) focus on product-market fit, brand voice, competitor mapping, and brand strategy. Sessions include worksheets and self-discovery modules to empower client to lead their team to success.
  • Business Operations: Coaching sessions (or team workshops) focus on converting an idea through to execution, delivering excellent customer experience, building a roadmap to hit key milestones, and ensure smooth internal operations through project management. Sessions include worksheets and planning to empower client to lead their team to success.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Coaching sessions (or team workshops) focus on identifying bias embedded in processes, best practices in hiring and performance management, and capturing data. Sessions include worksheets and planning to empower client to lead their team to success.
  • Company Culture: Coaching sessions (or team workshops) focus on company mission, values, and theory of change. Sessions include identification, articulation and mechanism to ensure alignment / execution.
  • Additional Workshops for Small Business and Non-Profits (SBNP): focus on hands-on training around P&L management, customer loyalty & retention, data mining for customer insights, as well as understanding competitors and identifying potential partnerships. SBNP vertical is intended to provide more hands-on coaching that leans more tactical and toward immediate-term impact.

Working Together

  • Retainer: Monthly (or weekly) agreement that guarantees set number of hours per month (or week) for coaching sessions. Retainer clients receive first priority for scheduling.
  • Equity: Negotiated agreement for small equity stake in exchange for set number of hours per month (or week) for coaching sessions.
  • Hourly: Reach out for hourly arrangements and additional details.
